Zooming - travel time computation window

Description
With a distant earthquake (long time selection +1 hour), taken into the travel time computation window. If the user zooms, the window is fixed in the lower left at 0 degrees, so 120 degrees (for example) disappears quickly. Is there any way the zoom could add scroll bars to scroll back up to 120 degrees?

This would be easy to do if they had set up the graph to be resizable, but unfortunately they did not. The values are hard wired and changing it would require the graph display to be redesigned. I would guess this would take 3 to 5 days of effort.
