Hi Chad,
    I've done some work on the 'ewexport2ringserver' program to get it to build and run under Windows.  For the Windows build it needs some of the Earthworm libraries to compile, but then the generated executable can be run as a stand-alone program.  The modified code is in the Earthworm repository, and in the attached archive.  I know you have an 'ewexport2ringserver' distribution on Seiscode, so up to you if you want to merge in these changes.

    I've also fixed up the Windows build of the 'ex2ringserver' module, and those changes are in the Earthworm repository.
