Description

We have a stationXML file:

http://files.anss-sis.scsn.org/production/FDSNstationXML/CO/CO_SUMMV.xml
with only InstrumentSensitivity specified:

<fsx:InstrumentSensitivity>
<fsx:Value>1.000000000000E+03</fsx:Value>
<fsx:Frequency>2.500000000000E-01</fsx:Frequency>
<fsx:InputUnits>
<fsx:Name>s</fsx:Name>
<fsx:Description>Time in Seconds</fsx:Description>
</fsx:InputUnits>
<fsx:OutputUnits>
<fsx:Name>counts</fsx:Name>
<fsx:Description>Digital Count in Digital counts</fsx:Description>
</fsx:OutputUnits>
</fsx:InstrumentSensitivity>

When we look at the IRIS webservices - we don't get the units back:

<InstrumentSensitivity>
<Value>1000.0</Value>
<Frequency>0.25</Frequency>
</InstrumentSensitivity>

Are we losing the units in the StaitonXML to dataless conversion?
