FDSN StationXML-SEED Converter

1) The -s and -x options need to clarify that this is specifying the output format. I found that counter-intuitive and was confused by non-informative error messages when getting it backwards.

2) The -i option is documented as "Input as a file or URL - for System.in.". This is better:

"-i (--input) VAL : Read input files/URLs from a file or - for STDIN"

3) The -A option is documented as "Originating organization, or FDSNStationXML <Source> element." Really? Isn't that what the -so option does? I would have thought setting the UserAgent did something else.

4) Some help lines are ended in periods where others are not. Make then all without.

5) Some help line descriptions start with a capital letter where others do not. Make them all start with capital letters.
