Description

Http code 406 is returned when request include an Http header of "Accept: application/xmll", however, using */* or text/plain in the Accept header succeeds. Or not using the Accept header also succeeds.

Updated webserviceshell code to use formatType parameter values to control each endpoint's acceptable media types.
