The orb2ringserver program sends data from an Antelope ORB to a ringserver as 512-byte miniSEED records.

Data are packaged as 512-byte miniSEED records regardless of the ORB packet type. This allows the destination ringserver to serve the the data via the SeedLink protocol.

See the Wiki for further information including a description of how data centers may host their own SeedLink server.
