Overview
Summary: System for doing digital signal seismic processing
Authors: Frank Scherbaum, James Johnson
Description: Pitsa offers a number of utilities for simple trace manipulation, like shifting or scaling of traces, adding or concatenating traces, stacking and more. Internally, PITSA uses a data format designed towards the needs of earthquake seismology. In addition, the input of plain ASCII and SEED files is possible.
PITSA contains a menu based user interface, utilizing dialog boxes and pop-up menus.
Please note that there are two tar binary files: one is SOURCE Code bundled, called PITSA.source.tar.Z , and the other is the executable, out-of-the-box variety, called PITSA.tar.Z.
