Summary: Calculation of instrument responses at IRIS/IDA stations

Description: This code package is designed to return instrument responses for all IRIS/IDA installations. There are 3 subroutines. The first:idasta, returns station locations. Instrument responses are computed by first calling pzfill to establish the appropriate information in common/polzer/, and then resp=evres(w) which returns the actual response.
